Six Flags Christmas

Hannah and I ventured out with the kids for Holiday in the Park at Six Flags...the last time we went they didn't have everything set up and they do Christmas big so it's always a fun time!

It was a nice and chilly day again and to say these two were excited is an understatement!
Ollie didn't want much to do with the characters but Riley sure did!
 They flew airplanes!

We took a carousel ride and Riley wanted to ride Racing Stripes as usual!

Then it was time for the swings!
 Silly girl!
We had never visited the walruses before but Ollie had so we checked it out.  It was one of the coolest things.  This walrus is the famous "Jocko" from the movie 50 First Dates and he is such a ham.  He would literally make eye contact with the kids right up in their face and they could give him commands and he would do all of them.  It was hilarious to watch and Riley and Ollie had a blast...and I think he had a little crush on Riley because he just kept looking right in her eyes!
Once it got dark we went and watched them light the huge tree!

They had the snow park set up again and I knew this would be a hit so we headed that direction next!

The kids had fun playing in the snow and making snow balls!

Then it was time to sled down the hill.  I couldn't go down because it's quite bumpy and I wasn't sure if Riley would be up for doing it by herself but she certainly was.  Such a big girl!
 Off she went..and loved it!
We ended the night with the dolphin show and some hot chocolate and then drove through Inn N Out on our way home for dinner...a fun full day!
