A Baby Shower Like You've Never Seen!

Since so many of my friends are pregnant (9 of us) we didn't want everyone to be bombarded with showers...so there are 4 of us due in January and all of us are having second babies so we decided to have a joint baby shower!  It ended up being a dance party and it was awesome!  It was like no baby shower I've ever been to!  As Ashley said "second time moms don't need onesies...we need a night out"...and that it was!

Here are the preggos...Amy (baby girl due late Jan), Ashley (baby girl due late Jan), Me, and Janel (baby boy due same day as me)

 The bellies!
Sara, Nicki, and Hannah...the hostesses and masterminds behind this whole night!  Sara also took all the pics and even made an awesome video for us!
The shower was hosted at my house since we had enough room to transform it to a dance floor!

Transform is an understatement...these girls came over the night before and worked their magic decorating...Riley absolutely loved it and would have been happy if the decorations had stayed up for months!
There was even a disco ball in the middle!
The party was on a Friday night which worked out well since Riley went to Parents Night Out at the gym where she takes dance class.  It didn't start until 7 so the girls served dessert and mocktails!

There was a chocolate fountain with TONS of things to dip in it!
Hannah made all the drinks...Preggatinis...they were all delish!
After we all talked, ate, and drank it was time for the dancing to begin!

They girls had come up with a playlist of songs that all included "Baby" in them and lots of dance off games!  Everyone got into it and we had a blast...I don't think I've laughed so much in one night!
Heather did a full Brittany Spears routine and it was AWESOME!
There was even a hula hoop contest...the preggos did not win that one!
Then there was a preggo dance off and all of us preggos had to dance to Justin Bieber's Baby...somehow I won..it was so much fun!
I had to leave before the party was winding down to get Riley and she was so excited to come back and dance with everyone...my silly girl!
It was such a fun night and we were all sore the next day from all the dancing!!!
