We had lots of fun Easter things we got to be a part of this year!
Ella had a super Easter egg hunt a few weeks before Easter. We had to stuff a bunch of eggs to take and hide for all of Riley's friends. She did a great job of stuffing them!
We also made Bunny Bait and it was sooo yummy (thanks Pinterest)
The weather had been so rainy and the egg hunt had already been rained out once. When the forecast showed 80% rain again Sara decided to keep the egg hunt on and we would put the kids in rain boots and just let them get dirty...we were all on board. Ella prayed for sunshine and it ended up being absolutely BEAUTIFUL..God cares about the small stuff too!
Ready to hunt!
And off they went...they all had baskets full of eggs!
Then there was a potato sack race...with trash bags!
Then Ella, Izzy, and Riley all ran off to the baseball diamond and looked like they were playing princess and having a great game of make believe...little did we know they were playing in the dirt and getting DIRTY!
Family pic..Tessa was tuckered out!
We also dyed Easter eggs..Riley pretty much did it all by herself and she did great!
We also made Easter goodies for school (thanks Pinterest again) and we made Peeps s'mores...so fun!
All ready for Easter at school!
Doing only as her mama taught her you must taste the treats before you give them to your friends! Here's Riley chowing down on the Peeps s'more we made at home to test it out!
I had a little project of my own...I made the girls these cute Easter outfits. I have so much leftover fabric from their room and it was the perfect colors for some cute Easter egg shirts!
I dressed them up and took pics one day..Riley acted as if it was painful to smile and dropped Tessa at one point but all things considering I got some really cute pictures!
So much Easter fun!

Those Easter Egg shirts you sewed are just too precious! And I love pinterest too...can't wait for Callum to get old enough to put some of their great holiday ideas to use. ;)
